Phone call from a centre in Sydney just called wanting us to provide services for a man next week for 5 days in a row while he's on holidays in the area.

First of all, our waiting list is so long that if we did accept him, he wouldn't get any services until mid next year anyway.

Then the daughter apparently knows more than me and thinks it can be done because he was on our program earlier this year. No, he moved houses we ceased him off the books.

You know what really pisses people off?

When they are shouting at you and demanding, you stay perfectly calm with a casual tone of voice. They get so pissed ff every time that happens.
