My Christmas Red is carb'ing up right now!
I AM A BREWING GOD - TASTES AWESOME.
In the real world though, I'm calling it a touch thin with a bit too much astringency. If you go to full *** mode on it, there is a hint of vegetable oil as a fault.
That's what I hate about technical beer tasting, the entire process is focussed on FINDING fault - why can't we look for positives? The spicy notes make it a perfect Christmas Red flavour, the dry hop combination of Columbus, Centennial and Koautu - whilst unorthodox - really holds on for mouth feel and bitterness, aroma is somewhat lacking.
Only 160L for me to drink.

So, if you goto Google Maps, and try and get directions from "The Shire" to "Mordor" this comes up.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

You should watch it. Then you'd understand it.
I can't believe you haven't seen it. You should definitely get it on Blu Ray, put it in your PS3, and sit back and enjoy 9 hours of quintessential cinematic mastery.
