Surprisingly quick diesel!

Turbo diesel

And knowing Brad, it was probably the M?

I don't think there is such a thing as a diesel M, though it appears they are going to be launching some soon!?

So going to brew this weekend.

This is an awesome looking brew so far. Christmas Beer!

Just needs a name...

The site I was looking at must've had OS models...

The TDi Mondeo I drive has a fair bit of get up and go so I have no doubts that BMW has plonked something half decent in the 318

Yeah I don't think there is a diesel M being sold just yet, Morgan most likely looked at an M sport badge meaning it had some of the tick bits.

This is an awesome looking brew so far. Christmas Beer!

This the one you posted the grain bill for earlier?

I'm driving a C-Class diesel today. Brand new. Has huge amounts of torque! Really dislike the start/stop technology though. They say its 'seemless' but it just isn't. And in city traffic, that's not good...

Yeah, that start/stop stuff I don't like the idea off. Lights go green and it needs to start itself again!

Ok I know you hate me posting news articles but this one is interesting and scary at the same time! Created in a lab.

The virus was not known to have, or had not, mutated to the point at which it could be transmitted between humans until Dr Fouchier and his team embarked on their research.

Using ferrets, which react to viruses in a similar way to humans, the scientists tested out mutations of the bird flu.

Through five mutations, they created a strain of the H5N1 that was airborne, killing ferrets kept in different cages, the New Scientist magazine quoted Dr Fouchier as saying.

How devastating could it be?
The 1918 Spanish flu is considered to have been the "most severe" influenza pandemic, killing between 20 and 40 million people, the WHO said.
But the airborne disease had a mortality rate of about 2.5 per cent, compared with the H5N1 virus, which has a mortality rate of about 60 per cent.

Anyone driven a car with cylinder deactivation? Do you notice it when it drops a couple cylinders to save fuel?

Fail-prototype? Or does that automatic gear level just look exactly like a manual one?

No it is just an auto with a funky surround, 6 speed Auto from Toyota not a Sequential Manual or anything fancy.
