ANZ passed on the full rate cut.

Still yet to hear from the other 3 biggins.

What made you use Commonwealth, Adam?

I have heard a couple of terrible stories from them from a couple of close workmate, that's all.

Mum and Dad are with them, and we used them as a guarentor to not need mortgage insurance.

Dad has never had any issues with them. He used to own CBA but asked for redundancy.

I see. That makes sense then. :)

Just the people I know that went with them have been stuffed around with the approval process/final signing of things, and they generally take a long time to do things.

I had a Subway.

Italian BMT, Footlong Italian herbs and cheese, Old english cheese, toasted, with southwest sauce. Winner.

Still have the lowest rate. Even if we didn't cut our rates at all.

And also, the only reason they passed ont he full rate cut is because they are getting mchammered by customers in a class action suit against unfair fees. If they didn't pass it on, they would have lost ALOT of customers.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

They are a bit slow Walts, first stake of approval took just over a week. Aparantly it's because of everyone trying to beat the stamp duty.

We are now waiting on their final approval, and it's been a while! Hoped to know by tomorrow!
