1. @Yoshua - nice job on the beer and the detailing. you get two thumbs up and a smiley face :)

2. Whats making you say you need to do something with the hop profile? what arent you happy about?

3. also why did you paint you fog light surrounds? theres no contrast in your front bumper anymore and its made it look all boring, and non-Veyron beating

2. Not sure what I am not happy with haha I just think it needs work somehow... maybe a little more hops towards the end of boil...

3. I didn't, previous owner did. I wouldn't mind replacing them with the 03 covers as I like them muchly, just one of those things I would like to do but doesn't bother me enough to be a priority,... in time :P

@ Joshopsnogood - Try Falconers Flight. First addition 30 minutes into boil(smallish addition as its high alpha), then a big addition at end of boil (either at flame out or a couple of minutes before). If when its near finishing ferment you still want more, dry hop that bitch!

At the moment I am playing with Centennial, Cascade and Simcoe

dry hop with simcoe. I like simcoe. have you got a hop bag you can drop into your fermenter? At the brewery we dry hop our APA with a couple of places to go during ferment, and take the hops off with the yeast after 24 hours. However I believe a lot of places do it at the end of ferment. i think with homebrewing id probably wait till end of ferment. Shit gets pretty wild when you add hops to still fermenting beer.
