I wish my car was snazzy.

Who would you rather brew for, Creatures or Gage?

Sig worthy.

Feral.

That's a given. But that gig is pretty well tied up. I'm talking something that could be reality.

Sig worthy.

Creatures, I have no idea what Gage do.

I already suggested that to him, but Nik won't hire him as he wont wear enough clothes.

They do some ok beers. But they also contract brew. I had an interview with them early last year. They seem like a pretty good company to work for. Good Structured training program and career advancement.
I like the idea of brewing at Creatures though.
Gage would be shift work. Not sure about Creatures, but I suspect they are the same.

Sig worthy.

Yeah our bowlers are doing really well. Problem is our batsmen are a liability. And we'll be batting last on a deteriating SCG pitch with Ashwin bowling at us. He was hard enough at times on a non spinning MCG pitch.

Sig worthy.

Both would require you to complete the BJCP or degree from ECU though, yes?

Everyone knows if I won lotto I'd employ mates as full time brewers, get the same size system for each one, and race them.

Not neccessarily. As a team leader yes, but not as an assistant brewer or an experienced brewer. Gage will put you through the IBD exam if you so desire, in fact they encourage it.

Sig worthy.

Any news from Cheeky's Nik? Have they got an opening date yet? Is the brewhouse operational yet? Posted Image I'd love to start brewing in a brand new brewhouse. Learning all those little idiosyncrasies would be fun.

Sig worthy.

Would be fun... if 50 investors hadn't ponied up 50K each and were looking for the place to be selling beer before Christmas....

Red will nail it though.
