Love this!

I had a drink with my girl this morning. Every now and then I like to sit by the plaque and have a little chat to her. If there is such thing as a spirit form, I know she'll be sitting there, listening... waiting for me spill my drink so she can have a sip.

Hurro.
I'm around. Just been doing lotsa work at the moment! Weird I know.
Seriously looking for a new job though. Thinking of doing a course in AUTOCAD and getting into industrial drawing or something. I think I'd really enjoy that.
Love this!
We're going to get a wheaten one when the time is right. Though I'd love one of each. Best dogs evarrrr.
AutoCad is dying. Best to do 3d, better still, find somewhere that will take you on and teach you.
Tafe down here does a mechanical drafting course, that takes 1 year full time.
Heaps of options, depending on what you want to do. Mechanical or structural would probably be good ones because you are closeish to the mines up there which = $$$$$$

Negatory.
You should be able to pay as much as you want off.
Worst case scenario, leave $1 owing in your home loan account, for the remaining loan term. The bank will hate it, and end up just closing it, as it is too much admin, for 6c a year profit.
I was under 18 so I think that's why they were suspicious of me paying off in cash in such a short period. Nothing really came of it, because I just said it came from my Grandfather (who was dead at the time).
But when I think about the fact I'm about to take out another buck fifty or so on top, I probably don't want to paint myself into a corner on repayments.
Serious face.
Should I look into borrowing against equity built in my existing asset (the block of land) - or should I treat the house loan as a separate venture?

There are two tree's by Bronte's grave. We've hung the hammock there but I'm yet to go out there and have a swing. I've sat with her a few times for a chat. For some reason I'm really missing her this week.

RIP Georgie. The dog that used to go nuts at me when I first pulled up, then be all " Hey I know you, youre all right. You may come into my house and pat my belly" hahaha
Hahaha, best guard dog I've ever known. Like a midget ninja... you know it's small, but you're not sure what it's capable of.

On the job training FTW.
Good point. If the future is going 3D, I should learn that. Though I'd like some sort of AUTOCAD understanding up my schleeve as all the jobs have it as a requirement!

Too true, if you can afford both, do both.
Other option is an apprenticeship, if you can afford to take a pay cut (depending on where you work)

Depends man. Take your value of land, and times it by 80%. That is the dollar figure the bank will lend upto, without the cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
If that isn't enough, then do a building loan, as they will use the combined value of the building + land. They will value the building based on Building Contracts, Blueprints, and Council Approval. Just remember to minus your existing loan amount first, then do the figures on that.
They close the account? Really?
NABs policy is if the loan amount is less then $100, then it will be shut automatically. You don't get your title deeds back though, they just sit there in a secure location, waiting for you to borrow money again.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Morgan lives at home, now would be the time to be taking a pay cut if there ever was one!
Lol.
I'm barely earning anything as it is! Pay cut would hurt...

If I CAN do it that way, would that be more desirable? Sorry. I know this is where you come to get AWAY from work.
I would be more concerned with Jesus' reaction to Morgan leaving.........
