Entree sounds excellent, I love that shit.

Locally caught Snapper & Dhufish, they'll be charred w/ skin on then removed and because they are flakey, I'll just work them with my hands so it's a nice filling. The cabbage slaw? Never made it before. Trial run tonight of all the things, just to make sure it works on the day!

I really need to think of a sauce to go with the chicken. I'm thinking a light dijon goer.
Did you mean: Weber Q
Hahahaha, yes I did.

Josh, I couldn't eat a steak with all the fancy sauces available on it. I can do a herb butter, that is awesome stuff!
At least you aren't telling me I'm "ruining" a steak with tommy sauce!

I can't do tomato sauce on a steak.
If it's cheap shit steak (or cooked badly) I can do bbq sauce or sometimes steak sauce...
If it's good steak cooked well, no need for sauces.
(cooked well for me = med-rare...if you cook the shit out of it im not surpised you need sauce)
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.
