Must drive in Afghanistan.
Nah, these are my old sti struts, which I thought had more than 2 weeks left in them. Aparantly not. Was a very unsafe feeling driving home tonight.
Put the call out to mechanical stig. See if he can help me out. If he has coil overs, probably going to get them and try them out. (against everyone's advice haha)
Now I have 2 sets of rooted front struts! Go team!

Front 02 sensor was the actual problem............... new sensor down today, engine light still comes on......... MOTHERFUCKER! Reading a short apparently ................ Even had one of the other mechanics have a look at it and hes pretty cluey with electronic stuff, run a multimeter across the pins and what not and got back all the right readings from the sensor...... giving up for today before I set fire to the POS....... FFS.

Main road/highway into our place, Bruce Highway is over apparently and they are closing off the road that you can normally get through at certain levels (backroad). That was taken at 1:30pm.
Yesterday was a real nice day, but more water today
how are other people fairing? I hear there is flooding all down the coast.Not quite as bad as last year, but its getting damn close. They are working the dam properly this year I hope.

Polishing my knob atm lol
Got s new sti knob but the leather was slipping, so ive pulled it all apart and im gonna glue it on properly
Man the new one is like 5x heavier than my original jap one?!! Feels better though
Its just a temp one though til i get this one

Yeah i believe its an 08 tb sti liberty knob, they look good ay!!matt is that what knob the lib sti's have?
This is my temporary knob...think its sn 07 sti one?
The leather was moving around so i peeled all apart and carefully glued it on properly...touched the glue and touched leather though!!! fffffffuuuuuuuuuu!! So had to quickly polish it off before it dried lol
All good now though

All good, only cost $40 delivered as mine is forked...it seems legit as ya can tell once its pulled apart...got it from kris at rising sunthats not from a imp sti either lol

You are talking about the silver numbered one? Its an 07 something? Maybe the 07 tb sti? I dunno...dont care much lol
