On a 'Diffrent note, this thing has been smashing its way across the state for most of the afternoon, Is due to reach the valley and brutalise it for a few days, soon as it hits Guyra, Armidale, Kempsey teh floodings are probably going to be on.

Hi,

Perth is generally considered a 'dry heat' area - but the humidity recently has actually been quite oppressive. It's not so much that it's higher than other places, it's more the fact that we're not used to it. A lot like when people come from a humid place and complain about our dry heat.

Trust me, if it's over 30deg down here at night time - it's nasty.

Nik, Dry heat is 4 hundred trillion times nicer than humidity... our 40 degree days still Posted Image out with high humidity.

BTW it is 29-30 degrees as mine ATM and 71% Humidity... :(

Had a couple from Singapore here on Thursday that thought differently.

But you get the idea, I'm not so much saying what we have at the moment is worse than anywhere else - it's that I'm not used to it.
