Who likes their steak well done?

How long do you grill the corn for? I normally nuke mine, husks on, juiciest corn ever!

Rach. Hers always goes on 3-4 mins before I chuck mine on.

Don't really time it, just till it colours up a bit. Gives it a really nice bbq taste and still juicy as hell. Delicous.

Just give them a bit of oil, some sea salt and pepper, hard to fork up...keep turning them till they look good and they're probably ready.

Exactly what i do, except sometimes i like to wrap them in foil with a bit of butter, as it seems to keep the juices in that little bit extra

My dinner was steak and vege, with a side of cottage cheese. Then strawberries, yoghurt, 2 bananas, protein shake, and now i might make a tuna sandwich.

Being home for holidays is awesome.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Why do you have food then a protein shake?

Doesn't that defeat the porpose?

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

The shark defeats the porpoise..... Haha

Protein shake is a supplement, not a meal replacement.... Cottage cheese has more protein anyway
