I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Getting my exhaust done on the bimmer today.

Nothing will match Subaru burble. Nothing. So I have low expectations.

My brother has 2, trippy when offroad, feels like your going to roll.. but they dont somehow?
he has his converted to Direct Injection LPG, works a treat and pretty decent on Diesel now too


Dad got the same done on his, was expensive but so worth it. Made

I have heard very good things about the LPG Injection on Diesels, especially Tarbot diesels.
From what I understand it gives a little squirt of LPG along with the diesel and gives better power and economy.. win.

Speaking of Mark, what are people's opinion on the gen 2 legacy pod/mud flap things, I personally like my car without them.

I'm getting my exhaust done soon now, been working a lot over the holidays, saved up much more than i budgeted for to last me a year of unemployment, with some left over,

Depending on exhaust costs, it may cover exhaust and rims. Approx, what am I looking to spend on a decent exhaust. Giving a nice NA suby burble. Loud too.

Would you be looking at headers as well?

Say $350 for headers and $450 for a decent catback + muffler combo?

Start with the catback and see how you like that. Headers can easily be added later

Yeah, id be wanting headers.

Would you want an exhaust new, or 2nd hand if its in good nick?

Also, is it a home job to install, or get someone to do it?

I'd just slap a good muffler on it. You just want the noise.


I want Noise and boxer note.

Nicks old RX is a decent example.
