We actually had a lot of trouble with them when we claimed, they were quite slow, and we had to chase up money numerous times.

They also wanted to clean my mattress that had a fish tank poured over it and then stewed for 24 hours, rather than replace it! But we refused that kind offer haha

A few rooms in my house flooded in a massive storm 2 years ago and it took about 4 months to get any money out of them. That wasn't even with any arguing, they just dragged their feet all the way. In terms of customer support and any time they need to take some money they're great, but when it comes to paying out, utterly useless.

Sounds familiar :)

House is this big

With GIO now. Haven't had to claim yet, but I've heard good things about.
Adam, I'm not terribly surprised that place flooded, but I live on the side of a mountain :P

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

80-90 is horrible and you should get some exercise.

I walk to and from work every day. (10 minute walk) dont see the need for any more.

Resting heart rate of 90 bpm is a pretty good reason to do more? Are you sure you measured it correctly, because 90 is genuinely horrible.

Do you just get the amount of heartbeats, per minute?

Mines like 100. Lol.

That's not really resting Shaz. It's best to do it first thing in the morning or after lying down for a good 15 - 20 minutes.

Ahhh okay. I still reckon I'm well unhealthy. I really need to get going to exercise.

Depending on the depravity of your pornographic preferences, that could very well have an influence...

I got 60. Because I'm averagely awesome.

For those idiots counting for a whole minute, just do it for 15 seconds then * 4.

Amount of beats in 10 seconds then multiply by 6.

I'm usually up around 60 (one beat per second) but noticed it was unusually low while I was sitting at my desk hence why I asked...

It's back up now to 50-60. I've been outside installing my newest edition -
