Acetone, or Hydrocloric Acid works best.

I'm thinking of installing an old school medieval pot of boiling oil above my front door for charity workers....

And before you start, yes I did search it, and no I can't afford a guard elephant.

Fresh Paprika is not a cheap spice, so I would usually cook the rice and then fold through a spice mix after the fact.

But yes, bloody nice.
