Hey guys, I'm looking at replacing my stock gen3 outback seats with Subaru Sti seats. Which ones can I swap them with without having to change anything? (bolt straight in)
Will 02-05 wrx Sti seats fit?

Any GC or GD seats will fit. Bolt straight in

These are the same as above http://www.ebay.com....=item20c1a105a3

Pretty sure any wrx sti seats bolt straight up? Dunno about 08 onwards though

Just remember the GD seats 01 onwards sit a fair bit higher compared to the older ones, though they look better lol

But the gc8 ones (preferably the 99,00 ones) are a tighter fit and sit nice and low ;)

*** damn ya beat me to it Chris lol

Those are not STi seats. They are WRX seats with STi stitched in them for whatever reason. Damn good price though!

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

As a rule of thumb, STi seats have alacantra where those seats have mesh, and the STi logo is below the hole. Check out Morgan's pic above, which look like they're from a v7 STi.
The WRX seats are still nice, just probably won't hold you quite as well, and a little larger from the ones I've sat in.

Right you are, got mixed up which was which. You'd think I would remember, since I have v7 ones
