Okay, so basically, I write:

Customer is looking at purchasing an investment property for the purposes of turning a profit.

Apparently, what needs to be written is something like

Customer is buying an investment property, and would like an interest only loan to maximise capital growth and maximise tax concessions. Cuystomer has elected a 5 year interest only period to make sure his new asset is performing as well as he believes it should. Customers have chosen variable rate of interest, to capitalise on the shithouse economic conditions and low interest rates, along with the ability to make lump sum payments. This loan is deemed Not Unsuitable.

Farkers. Its basically a long version of the same shit.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Maybe if you hadnt put components on it that made it defectable then you would have been fine?

Maybe if you hadnt put components on it that made it defectable then you would have been fine?

Maybe if you realise I bought the car as it is.. except for the tint which Shaz did that day, and I had on my previous car for 18 months without being pulled over.

Granted the law is bull shit bureaucratic rubbish. But in hindsight, would you still have driven it without making it abide by the laws?
