Don't get me started on being woken up by birds. I've killed so many now, you get rid of one group and another different species moves in. I have what I call the 'nyuck nyuck' birds here at the moment, started with crows, then got kookaburras, then MAGPIES GOD THEY ARE ANNOYING AS HELL nyeeeeeeee nyeeeeeeeeeeeeee nyee nyeeeeee nyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee - so high pitched.

*I did not kill any Magpies as that would be obviously illegal!!!

Good luck for tomorrow, Dawggydawg.

Reminds me of Rach, she was telling me how she yells at the magpies in the morning. I'll get some pics of the amount of birds we get at dusk!

Yes I am, why do you ask?

Good luck for tomorrow, Dawggydawg.

Cheers

Feeling confident?

Reasonably. Should probably go for a drive tonight just to settle into the car more. I only go driving once a week so im not THAT comfortable going for the test without a drive beforehand.

Should probably try reverse parking again just so im fresh with it.

They're like a honeyeater looking thing. The do sharp repetitions with about a thirty second gap, in which they make a noise like a fat man convulsing, then more sharp NYUK NYUK NYUK NYUK NYUK NYUK's.

Pretty sure the birds that live out front of Mum and Dads would probably be about the loudest thing you have ever heard LOL.

Hahahahahahahaha.

I sleep at different levels every night/ depending on the days consumption..... Last night I woke probably about 6 or 7 times for no reason I can work out. Other nights I will just crash and sleep like the dead.

I'm not going to lie, It took me a while to realise what you meant.

And I ignored it because I'm bitter about the fact that no one wants to talk slot cars with me.

I was tossing up between panadol and contraceptive pill.

I should have swung for the second one.

Damn.

Back to the drawing board.

I still have a fair bit of scalectrix gear. I much prefer racing with the older gear, I had a few WRC cars and you could just about hold full throttle around the whole track and not go off.

More fun to put a bit of smoke oil down on the hair pins and drift out of the turns.

I think Brett likes slot cars? There's a dude from our WA crew that has a pretty impressive set up.

These days it's a bit geeked out though... like... it always was a nerdy past time, but come on... magnets and shit, uncoolio.

I used to have my dads gear as a kid, but its old, and the track isn't smooth and while it was a challenge, it wasn't too fun, I have a new kit and everything is smooth and all the joins work, plus the power pack and controllers are stronger!

Tempted to get the digital conversion kit, can change lanes and shit!

Want to set up a massive track, but it's annoying if a car comes off at another end haha

Also, lol @ the smoke oil, I saw that kit as a kid, and dreamt of getting it!
