That will get a unit here.

Posted Image, I thought NSW was way more expensive.

Depends on where in NSW. In the heart of Syd, $350k will get you about 10sqm of gravel.

You could pay $100k and get a small block on a main road with a 2 bedroom pile of bricks on it.

We want a bit of space, at least one spare room and a garage is high on priority list.

Plenty of time to save for that though :)

Yahhhh...

Only takes me 45 mins to get to 'Sydney' but if only if I want to sit on the side of the F3 :P

I'd say an hr and a half to most places

Houses are cheaper when they don't get reception.

I hope they wrote that in the ad for the house.

"Have to shit in your own back yard, no reception".

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Living on a budget blows.

But its fun.

It's always what you make of it.

Went shopping last night. $200 on groceries.

Sheesh!

Hopefully it'll last me at least two weeks or more.

Funny thing is, I wouldn't have battered an eyelid twelve months ago buying something for triple or quadruple the price for the sled.

Now haus, I'm a tightarse.

Still deciding whether to live here for good, or to move back home with mum, rent house out, and live like a bawzze for a couple of years.

Move back in home.

Help the old dear out too.

Not so good for bringing a Mrs. back too, but.

Back to living with Mum, rent it out for three years - secure position.

Rentals can be a pain in the arse though. I have to drive to Perth next Monday to change the days on the reticulation... seriously...
