Mega Down Syndrome Cruise.


It's where they all get together, and celebrate the fact that all people in WA, not only have Down's, but are people with feelings too, and recognise that they have an ability in their disability.

They have needs too.



Mostly involve contraception, but since they're so isolated, that doesn't really matter.

Mega Down South Cruise. we're up to year 6(?) now. Annual weekend piss up and general weekend of hilarity and awesomeness down at Nik's home/work.

Gnocci is awesome. I've got some pumpkin gnocci in the freezer... hmmm. Veal cremonase + pumpkin gnocci for lunch?

Starting a new diet tomorrow. So I have to live it up today.

Rach had it last night.

Italian restaurant just down the road is the best one I've been to. Tastes exactly like my Nonnas food!

I had spinach and ricotta cannelloni!

Never had pumpkin gnocchi!

What's the diet for?
