This morning is wonderful. Day two of the energy diet continues.
I genuinely ate more fruit and vegetables yesterday than I had in the 12 months prior.

I've eaten more veggies in the last three days then i have in the last 4 months... mainly because i havent eaten any veggies in the last 4 months

If it wasn't bleeding or screaming when it died, it pretty much doesn't cut it for me.
I was surprised how much I enjoyed the vegetable soup, and then the vegetable curry for dinner. I even ate yoghurt.
Whole new world.
Day two though... so let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I love with the new Commsec that I can check the market depth pre-open and it tells you what the prices are going to open at based upon pre trade orders that are set to complete on open

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Money for my gearbox purchase is also sorted.. just got to get the forker here.. have decided I will take the car to Dads shop to do the transplant.. I am getting lazy in my old age I want to use the hoist rather than trying to do it on the ground which is a pain in the vagina.
