That looks like an Opel Kaddet(sp?)


Our first Commodores VB,C,H,K and L were copied from the Opel.

GM has owned Opel and Holden for ages.

I think my mate is buying that one.

hahaha I don't like them but I don't hate them... When I was a younger lad well before I had a license I was doing an engine change for an older mate(by like 4 years)/family friend who had a VK wagon....... I had dropped the engine in for him (he had no money so I used a red block engine from a VB) . had just finished installing it and connecting the fuel lines and what not......... a couple of mates come in and where asking how I was going.... I got excited and reached in the window to fire it over the first time to show off..... was in gear and bunny hopped into one of Dads work benchs...... smashed the radiator support bar, front bumper, bonnet etc LOL
Dad got me a doner car that was mostly Posted Image'ed.. took the front off it

Found out there's a hole in the roof of my shed, like a chimney sized hole!

Someone tried to patch it with a plastic bag and duct tape.

Fail. Instead it rotted the bottom plate of the shed. Shit.

Yep sure was Jase.. The worst part was I was going to get a lift with him to Sydney (from there that is about 5 to 5 1/2 hours) two days afterwards... against Dads recommendations being an old car and one that I had just put an engine into haha.. he had to come down for something important... cant remember what but was to do with the dive shop and becoming a certified instructor.. ended up borrowing Pops spare car which was a Land Rover Discovery TD.

Heading up to Newcastle this Sunday to acquire new rig.
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Ha I remember that dude. Come down this weekend Josh...thinking of going for a drive down but not sure I want to bother with long weekend traffic.
