Morning.

Paying for too much steak.

Just had a 4kg of King Island steaks flown in. (cheap)

Oh, and 2 crayfish. (free)

Nommage WILL be done.

Sometimes my local town holds a few surprises..

Now, Jase, I know it's not a Ford... but I spotted this little bugger on Monday;

It was so tiny. Badge said 'Torana S'.

Hahaha a Harry Bear!!

Looks in fantastic condition Nik. I don't think I've ever seen a real top notch original unit.

Also, leaving town straight after;

A Buick of some description??

Cadillac Seville.

Glad it was leaving.
Fugly.

yeah man 72 was LJ im pretty sure.

The venitians(sp?) also scream 60s

That ugly yank thing looks like something whats his face from Voyager would have in his collection.

HB was '66 or '67 IIRC.
Basically a Vauxhall. Massive 1.2lit 4cyl.
Ran until LC in late '69, then LJ from '72 to early '74, then LH..........etc.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

It was incredibly clean. Attracted quite the crowd of older crew, there was probably ten people standing around doing the rooster to look it over.

Interior was immaculate - but I feel like a bit of a fuckhead taking photos of the interior of someone's car when they're just parked in the street and not at a show.

I couldn't get over how small it was!

Ugh. I know you're sifting through pages of crap right now, Jase. I'll go for a walk and hopefully you're up to this page by then...

:D

Hahaha

You're correct.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

It wouldn't stress too much about the pics. You were appreciating something that is rare.

They are very small but considered a med/small car at the time.

The Vauxhall theme continued through LC and LJ as the doors (coupe) and part of the floor and firewall came from the HB.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Not in a bad area either.

TBH, i live right near that house. Drive past it every single day, and it doesnt look like it could be that big.
Photography trickery me thinks.

On a 700 square, looking like a full double, you could be looking at a serious amount under roof...

... the killer for me is the neighbours looking straight into your backyard pool.

Not cool.
