As the title states wanting to install ABS into the gen II..

Ive got a wrecked gen II wagon with ABS fitted and im thinkin of just switching everything over to mine as Ive had a few lockups with the AVO upgrade..

Worried its going to be to much of a PITA though....

That's going to be a lot of work. You'll need to replace most of the wiring loom, front and back, as well as running all of the various hydraulic lines around the place...

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

.....plus hubs and shafts for the tone rings.

Forget it.

Your two best options are:

1. Get better tyres (any braking system, ABS or not, is only as good as the available traction)
2. Sell it and buy an ABS car.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?
