Thanks nik

Cool pics mate. Keep them coming.

As for the Subaru badge on the back left, try looking on eBay for a genuine chrome "Subaru" badge, rather than the cheapo lettering from autobarn/eBay.

Will looks 10 times better. :)

Nik, they consider one person to be 60cm wide....and no room for luggage, realistically its a 6 person tent.

Cool, I do the same as you before I set up the tent, by having the tarp underneath for that added bit of protection for the floor.

nice tent man!

Agreed.

My old 12 man was nearly 7m long and over 3m wide.
Was comfortable for a family of four.

Does your camper trailer have a fold out tent?

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Use to have a fold out tent
Been removed as was cheap quality and a pain in the ass and always leaked
Used more as a trainer we put our tent in to top section where old tent used to be

I went to a Subaru dealer yesterday and drove a manual and CVT XV.
So, so uninspiring. Nice enough, but that's about it.
For between 30 and 40k you could so much better with a 2 year old car.
I've bought 3 of my last 6 Subaru's brand new and feel the XV just doesn't cut it.
It's obvious you REALLY love your Subaru's(great, we all do here), but god you've really picked the most mediocre models to own, so I don't understand the need to post every detail about them all the time.
Of course it's your money and life. Time for the ignore button me thinks.

As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

Yeah nah Nik... that is a fridge breaking :P

I wouldn't mind seeing some more pics of the trailers that you have modified for camping, you mentioned that you took the old fold out tent out and replaced it?

I've been seeing some of the Deep Cherry Pearl and Dark Grey Metallic XV's floating around, starting to like the shape of them. The dark cherry is really nice.
It's a nice size under the big sizes of new landcruises and pajeros.
