Aka, "I got a Wristy from a bloke in the carpark of Grafton Maccas". This is what I swapped my RS Lib wagon for - a sensible, economical, reliable auto Toyota sedan. It's pretty much stock ATM and quite nice to cruise around in - far nicer on the street to cruise than the "race car-ish" RS, which is funny given they're both 1993 models.

From a former owner:

Factory Torsen LSD
Factory electric sunroof
Black Leather tailored covers - Clazzio brand. Fit very snug. Look and feel good. 11ty times beter than old hard cracked factory leather.
Bilstein springs and shocks
3" to twin 2.5" exhaust with stock rear mufflers to keep it nice and quiet.
HKS SLD
FCD (2JZR31) - still running stock boost though.
E-TTC switch in cabin. TTC mode is pretty useless with the auto though.
600x300x75 FMIC
Transmission cooler
Headlights have HIDs, LEDs & CCFLs (see pic)
White LEDs in instrument cluster, climate control and shift selector lights. .
Sony double DIN head unit with rear USB (cable in glovebox)
Beatsonic kit
Removed 20kph door lock and reverse beeper

Plans include fixing oil leaks, replace cracked glass sunroof panel, replace a steering arm and tie-rod end, fix the paint up, some black Jap 18s, a shift kit/3000rpm stall, injectors, cams and a big single (probably a GT40/Precision 60mm or similar), then powerskids. I will have to wait until I've got a wedding and a bit of deck-building out of the way before I get right into that, though. Yeah, I'm pussywhipped - what of it?

Some (sh*t) pics.

Congrats on the purchase Ian. That's a whole lot better than an AUDM Avalon POS!

Thanks blokes. It's nice. Slow, but nice to drive to bingo.

The missus wept salty tears of joy that I'd gotten a comfortable car finally.

Luxobarg FTW.

Sunroof might be a tad on the $$$ side.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

GS300, and yes. I've never had a car that stumps so many people - I've been asked if its a Commo, if it's an American Lexus, etc. The blue slip bloke told me "it goes well for the Japanese Lexus version of an Avalon", so now I tell people that. It's just easier this way (and more hilarious when HSV fanbois get uppity).

Luxobarg FTW.

Sunroof might be a tad on the $$$ side.

No Nas, but otherwise correct :P

New panel is $150 and $80 to get someone else to break all the clips changing it.

2JZ no sh1t?

Hell yeah Iain, HELL YEAH.

No sh1t, y0. Al is already giving me baaad baaaad ideas about a new turbo for this thing...

nice mate, congrats. looks very cruisey!

Once the wedding and deck are out of the way, the smallest turbo this thing will get is a GT3788.

Do you want to hear something good, Rendog? As in, REALLY good? BMW E30 M3. One of the best 4cyl motors, evar. +9000rpm and +300hp from an NA 2.3L/2.5L four-cylinder

Or, if you want all-time greatness, I think you can't go past the '50s 1.5L BRM V16 F1 car.
