30,000km is a bit. I'd be changing it out regardless.

haha ignore the service manual. i've always done my 20,000km. its only $40 for 5 litres. definately worth it.

Yes it does, it's only under load, 4th and 5th. On that vid, I was in 5th, accellerating to about 120ish, then backing off (noise goes away) and then accelerate again.
