I use Mobil Delvac on the XT which is a diesel truck oil but also recommended for performance cars. Probably not necessary on the GX though

Cheap and good.
PS It says what type of oil is recommended in your car's manual in the glove box

I'm also using a 2 stroke fuel mix at the moment, which was sitting in my mates boat for 6 weeks. Goes hard.

Magnatec is good. If it's an NA motor you don't need to be too precious about it.Okay so magnatec? Haha there are so many choices. I'll see what is nice and cheap
I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.
It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Lies, you want it to fall apart soon so you have an excuse for a conversion.
Nah when the engine goes just going to chuck another 2.2 in for another year or so. So I can save up for a xt foz

If i were you I'd go a higher weight, say 20W, seeing as you've done 260 thou kms. Isn't 0W used in new cars and as the engine wears, the higher W is better for the engine? Who can comment on that info please?

the first number is cold viscosity, the second is warm viscosity.
for a modern suby engine I wouldn't be using a 20w cold. a 5w40, 10w40, 15w40 would suffice. any mineral or semi synthetic would be OK.
regular changes of oil (5000k or 10000k tops) far outweighs what particular brand/weight/additives etc...
for the $50 of oil and filter it is worthwhile changing it more frequently.
