I don't understand that myself. Considering we have Vance come through the north end at 270KM/H in the late nineties, and many other cyclones, maybe they are talking about non cyclonic recordings? All I know, is that the news sites are

This just adds another part to my question haha. Cyclonic or non-cyclonic winds and in what location.
I don't understand that myself. Considering we have Vance come through the north end at 270KM/H in the late nineties, and many other cyclones, maybe they are talking about non cyclonic recordings? All I know, is that the news sites are'ing full of fear warmongering bullshit, and the BoM/SES sites will do juuuusssttt fine for me.

3 December 2001 - Sydney - 174km/h recorded at Richmond which is the highest wind gust ever recorded on mainland New South Wales.W
In WA we have Barrow Island, which is known for the worlds strongest recorded wind, at over four hundred kilometres an hour. Let me wiki away for the specifics.
The World Meteorological Organization established Barrow Island as the location of the highest non-tornado related wind gust at 408 km/h (253 mph).[14] The record occurred on 10 April 1996, during Tropical Cyclone Olivia. The previous record was a 372 km/h (231 mph) gust at Mount Washington, New Hampshire, in April 1934.[14]
COP THAT!

Epic game. Engine conversions is fun. I have a AE86 with a 2JZ at the moment, and a BMW 135i with a M5 V10. And a S15 Silvia with a RB26 and a big farken whooshka tarbot on it.
