Welcome to SC Rainbow Power.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Going to go buy a new TV today.

Tossing up between Samsung 55" LED LCD or a LG 60" 3D Plasma.

Thoughts?

Samsung:

LG:

Wish I still had a wagon. 60" TV won't fit in the KE.

Yeah, Samsung are awesome but I don't have $4k to drop on a S8. Haha. Although, 60" vs 55". I need a big tv in my sized loungeroom

I've got a 42" Panasonic Viera at the moment that I bought back in 2005. It's still working but it's too small for the lounge room now. Plus I want a dedicated monitor upstairs for PC, and PC will connect to 42" screen with HDMI.

It's not bad, but the quality is rubbish.

Lol. I think they've changed a bit since 2005.

Either or. Most tv's are pretty much the same these days anyway but the Sammy's certainly have some good features.

I don't particularly care about all that wifi shit and stores where you can buy shit, I just want epic picture quality.

I am with you on that Shaz, I wish they would make one of the top end Samsungs with all the epic picture stuff and cut out all the dumbarse features I would not use to make it cheaper.
