I think i would like to get the tail lights you guys have, don't know if that's what they had in Japan too, the tails in the lowback are from Japan, also I didn't know the grill was different I'll have to check that out

Its just a daily but I can't leave it stock just not sure what I want to do with it yet

Slowly but surely I'm convincing everyone in my family lol, we used to be a Ford family until I got my first outback

Ha ha, it's a good thing to see. I almost had my dad convinced on buying a Liberty/Outback as we thought the crash he was involved in (but not caused by) would be written-off. Ended up being repaired and is back in his hands.

Nice purchase. I also noticed those different tails when I was over there a few weeks ago.

 

The grille is much deeper than ours and everything is much squarer on yours!

We may have gotten that grill on the 05-07 outbacks I'm not sure though,
I thought there were a few different styles we got.

The height difference between my BH outback and the new one is crazy!

bit of an update the BH is leaking oil, coolant, and tranny fluid so I've decided to do a 2.0T with a 5 speed bugeye swap. but its going to be a little while till I have enough money. so for now its buried under snow.

Haven't been on in a while but it's been a busy year, practically rebuilt my car top to bottom. 2.1 stroker with a vf39 turbo 565cc injectors 3" stainless exhaust invidia downpipe tgv deletes and too much other stuff to list but it's just under 300whp. I traded labor for the work on it, the last picture is his project that I'm doing all the body & paint work, part of it was doing a right hand drive swap, pretty proud of that next step is getting the cage installed and interior painted.

Another before and after picture, plans for it within the next year or two is 6 speed bigger turbo injectors and front mount hopefully putting me around 400whp. Speed is addictive lol
