Subaru’s best-selling Forester X All-Wheel Drive is now available as a Luxury Edition with extra features representing thousands of dollars of added value.

Forester has consistently been Australia’s best-selling Compact SUV over several years and the X Luxury Edition adds a variety of extra features valued at more than $3500.

The additions include:
  • Leather trim
  • 16-inch alloy wheels
  • Front fog lights
  • Front seat heaters
  • Front wiper de-icer
  • Heated door mirrors
The Forester Luxury Edition is priced from $32,990 Recommended Driveaway Price (RDP)* for the manual version.

As with the entire Subaru range currently sold in Australia, Forester has an independent five-star occupant safety rating from the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP).

It is also protected by DataDot security - microscopic dots almost invisible to the eye, containing the car’s unique Vehicle Identification Number. DataDots are sprayed on major components and help deter theft by making vehicle identification easy for law enforcement agencies.

For full specifications and pricing, see subaru.com.au

* NOTE: RDP includes the vehicle price, registration, stamp duty, CTP insurance cost estimate (based on private purchaser with good driving record) and a recommended charge for dealer delivery. RDP is not applicable to business or government buyers. Final on road costs could vary according to individual circumstances and actual driveaway price may vary between Retailers.

I guess the non-lux spec X will still have those horrid steel wheels?

However, if that pic is the actual car in question, not a bad looking car for a base model ;)

The XS and XT have variants of 17" wheels. 18s would be too big for offroading.

Personally I think they're ok...
