I think though there might be a lot of costs involved in having insurance and shit on the property before they would even look like letting you open something like that.

Just bought lift tickets :)

Yeah, but I'm fairly certain a cleverly worded insurance waiver would sort that out and nullify me of any kind of indemnity.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Doesn't matter how you word it, the onus of responsibility won't shift. Like I said, there'll be someone here who knows all about it at MDSC.

as long as you have the waiver voiding you of all indemnity it shouldnt be an issue? the old at your own risk if i crash i wont sue sort of thing.

and for a skid pan like that you wouldnt need to go through ANDRA or anything would you?

Well, I think if you receive money for use of the facilities, you would. But, if I happened to pour a massive slab of cement onto my property, and subsequently allowed mates to come and drive on it, then I dunno.

Need to look into the legalities of it.

Yup. Leaving Tumbi at about 3am.

James has to collect some gear from SDS or wherever he's hiring from at Jindy. Probably do it all at once

Just pop into the perisher office there and see if there's a line. Not too many people know about it, and I'm sure you can pick up the passes there! At least you used to be able to!

Can also pick them up from Bullocks Flat if you are catching the tube up to Perisher, they load the Lift and Skitube pass onto the same swipe card (which you keep and reload for later in the season if you go back)
