The big grassy bit, had a massive mound of dirt under it, hit the mound, got air and hit another mound.I honestly don't see how the car broke so much stuff.
Just looks like you ran wide onto a grassy/bushy area.
I don't see how the car broke itself.

Surely a car is strong enough to handle that. Didn't look that harsh. The big grassy bit, had a massive mound of dirt under it, hit the mound, got air and hit another mound.
And why is the car revving (just curious, not having a dig) what broke to make it do that?

I missed you. Welcome back.
Thanks buddy. Been very busy this morning. Random visits from the tourist bureau (that's right, I'm a walking fuckin' spelling bee), new allotment of chilli vodka bottled, Turkish delight martini is nearly ready.
School holidays. Bring it on KIDS!

The accelerator was sticking but the throttle body was closed, my guess is the impact knocked a sensor which made the car start dumping fuel. Even on starts after the crash (to try and move it) it went to redline and sat there without touching the accelerator.

5-10 meters of air.
I'm sorry, and you have to believe me when I say I'm not here to have a go, but do you have any idea what ten metres in the air looks like?
I don't even want to make a thing out of it. But you were not ten metres in the air. You were lucky if all four wheels were off the ground at the same time.

Well next time you'll think about it before you attempt a scando-flick mid corner in a 121.It was
'ing harsh, my back is still sore from it. the grass hides the mounds really well and you can barely see them, but they are about 1-1.5m tall, each.

I think he was joking, Nikko. (or I hope he was)

He probably is joking.
All good.
The sun is out.

My car looks awesome right now. Like, properly awesome.
Buy it!

Thats not how high i was off the ground (maybe 1-1.5m), but thats the distance between the tracks on top of the first mound to where i hit the next one. Keep in mind i was doing 60-70 when i hit it.

Probably more like 6-7m.

It's a however million year old pussy deflector METRO. It is not built to withstand a speed bump in the Coles carpark.

Keeping in mind how many steps a metre is for you, compared to most people. It sounds about right.
Seriously though, my car looks amazing right now. So muscle flexing.

I pulled the intake pipe off to check it and it was closed. ItIf the throttle body was closed the car wouldn't rev like that, would be far too choked up, my guess is that it was somehow stuck open.... Perhaps mid air out of reflex you tensed your muscles and maybe stomped your feet towards the firewall, one on the accelerator holding it wide open and it stuck like that after the impact for some reason? or perhaps whatever bent the chassis rail also bent engine mounts or something that tensioned the cable to hold the butterfly right open? just wild guesses.
Guess i got lucky that there is only a woolworths in town then. It's a however million year old pussy deflector METRO. It is not built to withstand a speed bump in the Coles carpark.

I had the clutch in and the brakes on when i finally landed, when it stopped and i noticed it was revving i pumped the accelerator a few times to see if it made a difference, but it didn't so i turned it off with the keys, got out and checked what i could in the long grass.Furken lucky that it wouldn't drive either. Imagine the worseness if the car decided to keep driving after the crash! May not've thought to switch it off at the keys. I'm not sure I would have in the situation.

Got stuck at WOT twice.
Turned the keys off after a good 5 seconds after it revving its tits off.
Turned it back on, still redlining and revving its tits off.
Turns out it was the coolant throttle body bypass line I installed earlier that day.
Cabled tied it out the way, bob's your uncle.

Does the car have a TPS? perhaps it was broken somehow and telling the ECU that the throttle was at like 90%+ and it was able to still get air through this bypass you speak of. Again, talking pure shit.I pulled the intake pipe off to check it and it was closed. It
doesdid have a bypass hose on the intake.
Guess i got lucky that there is only a woolworths in town then.

I'm not sure of this, it is a theory i guess, but its not something i can check since all thats left of the car is a burnt patch of grass... But it would make sense.Does the car have a TPS? perhaps it was broken somehow and telling the ECU that the throttle was at like 90%+ and it was able to still get air through this bypass you speak of. Again, talking pure shit.
