What is Calvados? Brandy?


Apple Brandy essentially. Calvados is region, like Champagne. So keen to make some! It's basically Cider distilled and then barrique aged.

Is that an XT in the Porka crash photo?

Dad and I are quite into our Calvodos and Armangac. It just feels special when you have a balloon of 1974 Calvados while pretending to know what you're talking about with the waitress.
