HA!

Had a rant on the camera house facebook page

I am quite disappointed by the actions of the staff in your Macarthur Square store.

Firstly overcharging by $20 on your advertised price on the website. Then agreeing to a refund over the phone. THEN When we go in to get refund, being given the run around trying not to give us our refund.

This is the second and last time this will happen. As I would prefer to buy online and pay postage, than put up with this rubbish service.

And I will be recommending to anyone else that I know to do the same.

Got a reply, taking it to email. Social media ROCKS! I didn't know where to go to complain! The woman in the store practically pretended to not understand english!
