If it's done properly it will take about a week or longer. Depending on what work needs done on them

You can probably get it done overnight if you go the dodgy road, as in not stripping the paint off and having it rubbed back, not having the entire wheel painted and making any repairs with bog...

Mine took 9 working days to be completed. That included stripping back to bare metal, repairing any chips or gutter rash (I had hardly any) and coating.

I suggest you take your time and find a place that does it properly. I'm not so sure that you will find better value for money than the work Craig does and has offered to us all at a discounted price!

looks like i'm going back to steelies for a while... and sending my rims down to melbourne...

unless anyone knows a place in sydney?

Fug it, fug it all to hell. I've already put a scratch on them.. Lost concentration for a second and rubbed up against a gutter in the supermarket... You can hardly notice it, but I know it's there.... GRRRR... Why does sh!t like that always happen when you get something new?

Annoying is the word! Along with a few others taht I let fall out of my gob.

Like I said, it's hardly noticable and should clean up pretty well.

this is why all my passengers need to catch a cab from my car to the curb... i never park closer than a foot from the curb, for fear of hurting my rims...

well done looks awsome

Hey all,

I've finally had my powdercoated BBS rims fitted!

Thought you might like to see a pic of the finished product.
Craig at colorurmags (www.colorurmags.com.au) did a fantastic job! He is going to be signing up here and hopefully coming on as a Vendor. His work is A1 and will provide us with a discount of $75 per wheel ($300 for 4). Normally around $440!

That includes removal of tyres if necessary, stripping, repairs and coating.

Next is black wheel nuts and lowered suspension.
