The pads in question look identical to these. Are they the correct ones?

Get yourself a set of bendix commercial pads. Cheap and grippy.

Bendix do not have a listing for B4...seems odd.

DB1379 come up as rears for a RX. May be the same pad even though the RX is solid disc and B4 is vented.

Grabbed some bendix GCT pads that were apparently on clearance for $60. Anyone used these before?

Never tried them in a Subaru, but I have used Bendix many times before and never had an issue.
I would expect them to start breaking down if the temp get excessive, but from cold (basically normal street use) they should be fine.
