So they found the car. (didn't ring me until late the next day)

He asks me what I think it's worth (sight unseen) so I tell him I'll start at $21k and we can nut out the rest later depending on what I see. (All along I requested they do nothing too it as I wish to buy it 'as is')
They advertised it at $23999 and he tells me thay have $23500 tied up in it. I question the low advertised price and get some story of how they didn't add up all costs such as shipping and how the buyer had stuffed up.

My mate takes a look says its fine mechanically but the body has dings and scratches.
I ask for pics of said damage (he was cool and did pretty much every thing I asked) and it has dents in a front gaurd, tailgate and on door not to mention the bars are covered in deep scratches. The wheels have gutter rash on top of the gutter rash.

He gives me their bottom dollar but I had to knock it back due to the condition of the body.

Gutted.
