Raptor do them, although they are in Australia.

Check this out:

http://www.raptorsc.com.au/

Quite expesive from memory, as you have to change the internals of the engine. Just as much as doing an EJ20T conversion apparently.
So if you are serious about getting more power out of your car, you'd be better off doing a conversion, or better yet, trading yours in for a GT and using putting the money you would have spend on a conversion towards the GT.

Futher info of Raptor site:

The reliable option for boosting Subaru EJ 20 and EJ25 engines. Giving a 60% power increase and quiet running this kit is unbeatable for driving pleasure and low maintainence. We offer the only piggyback ECU which will give safe engine operation in conjunction with factory ECU.

This kit will not make your Subaru faster than WRX but it will level your playing field out on the street or track. DIY friendly for those who wrench on their own vehicles.

Ide love to replace my Primary Turbo with a supercharger :P see what that would do :D kind of like VW's TSI :D, for the money those guys are asking I would seriously forget it and just get an EJ20T Conversion, would probably be around the same price and yield much more power.
