reading through NTC (National Transport Commission) reports on load safety and operating trucks safely. the only interesting thing is the pictures of the end result of when things go wrong. alot of good laughs and thoughts of "how the hell did that happen!"

might have to share a few of the pics on here.

No offence to your mate but I HATE drop tanks.

Sooo 1980's.

Every one thinks they are Brock.

Yeah. It looks silly.

You would be standing at the servo for about half an hour waiting for it to fill up too. :D

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Can you just sign it yourself? Or do you have to take it somewhere else if it's your own car?

I'm glad we don't need to deal with RWC. Mine wouldn't pass.

Hahaha remind me of my Falcon coupe.

Over 900kms between fills as it had 128Lit FACTORY tank. Dudes at servos used to freak out. One bloke even asked me to check if it was leaking onto the ground!

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Haha

The first time I filled up my scooter I spilt it everywhere.

Takes 2 seconds to fill up, you can only open the trigger a quarter of the way and it's done in no time. :D

Silly question but aren't they rather unsafe having the tank exposed like that? makes the think of the old ford pintos that went up in flames.

ACT not Vic.

I can sign it but it has to be a licensed premises.

Like my mates.

Who can also sign.
:)

Without anything shifty, I doubt it will need anything apart from a windscreen.

The factory tank is in the same spot held in the same way so there is basically no difference.
