Shit go Mark. I've been having similar debates with Optus over my cable net at home, because they keep not sending bills, and I keep not paying, and they keep d/c it. Then I call up, pay in full, and they restore it and waive all the reconnection charges.

Idiots.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

it was my own fault that i forgot it. i even questioned them on it because there was some riddiculous charge on the bill that shouldnt have been there, which they credited for me. but i just simply forgot about it over the christmas/new year break. oops

i had the same issues with optus when my mobile was with them Shaz. they never sent me the bill via email or mail. happened every month. was always doing the same thing as you.

eventually their customer service and their reception/data speeds got so bad i just kept complaining till they released me from my contract and moved to telstra

I don't really like doing this because you're giving them authority to debit what they like. And most cases, they debit too much, because of stupid "fees and charges" which I always argue with them anyway.

I just got the prework for my 3rd part of my Leadership course.

Studying a course written by the head of Harvard Universities Applied Psychology department, styled for executive level leadership with a primary focus on emotional intelligence.

Pumped.
