My name is Gary. Call me whatever synonym of the word Gary you want. People on here call me G-Unit, Gaz, Gazza, G, G-string, etc. We were definitely set for a mad day! Absolutely loved it and came back with only four eating fish but well worth it. We were trolling for Marlin and Kingy's but no bites. We were catching Mackerel, some red with black striped fish and a few others I don't remember the names of at the moment but nearly all were undersized. There was word that another bloke caught a Marlin only 15 km's from the coast last week. We went 13 k's out; the extra two might've made the difference... Ah well, next time of course.

It's a pretty good feat if you can pull it off. Definitely gives you bragging rights and some people see it as a personal trophy/milestone. I'd love to get one. We had three rods out as we were trolling and didn't see any chase at all. We trolled for a good hour or so; straight lines along the coast, large circles and zig zagged back. Nothing. Next time.
