Mate, it's peaches. When you're here on the weekend, I will give you some bourbon white oak shavings!! I'm 'kind of' full bottle on it at the moment. I've got a few bags of different woods here, in different coarseness - biggest hurdle is keeping it cold while you're smoking it.

Start with trying to master the simple stuff with fewer ingredients, then work your way up.
