From what I understand;

Carry is what they yell out in ten pin bowling as some sort of encouragement to the pins to fall over. I thought "Fall over you ****** pin" would suffice, but apparently 'carry' really caught on.

Harry - for something that is a relatively simple game of throw ball and attempt to knock down pins, there is alot of complexity to it.
