I believe its only plastic bottles we sell at Big W, in like 24 packs. We have metal caps though too which seems odd to me when we don't sell bottles to suit, unless you recycle other bottles.

Cars look good Richo and Mark.

Part out what, Cam? Doesn't look to be much left.. :P

Not really. Although we think they might be starting a Fondue Factory.

Nothing too wrong with PET bottles... I'm confused though, Banger, isn't the idea to direct dispense? Or are you worried about the 7 days in lieu... ?

Wow... you're very convincing!

You think that VS Calais would be good value? One owner for 15 years and looks very well looked after. Will be in Syd next Sunday so hopefully will be able to check it out.

My other searches have been for VY II Calais and VZ Calais. I prefer the VZ because 5 sp flappy paddle gear box. You rate? They're all out of budget though...

There's a few VZ Berlina's around the $7k mark. They still have the ancient 4sp but that's damn cheap!

Would definitely prefer a well looked after VS Calais.

Morgan, Ask Jase. He will also be able to tell you where to bulk buy the gaskets for the valley cover.. and maybe even rear main seals :P

Why you commodore?


Always been a Holden man at heart. Not the bogan kind though... The kind that wants to keep everything original and well kept. I'd love an HZ Kingy or EH Special but they're either expensive because fully restored or rusted away!

I reckon the VS Calais could be something I'd keep for ages.

Nothing too wrong with PET bottles... I'm confused though, Banger, isn't the idea to direct dispense? Or are you worried about the 7 days in lieu... ?


The problem I have is that as soon as I take it out of the fridge, it's going to get hot because I can't put it back in there due to size restraints, so I figured I would bottle it so it at least fits in a fridge.
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Chaps where do I buy those bottles I can put my beer in? Can you get them from Big W or Kmart or something?

Plastic bottles are fine. Ignore Adam, he's new. Box of 15 with screw caps( which I have used up to 3 times) should be less than a tenner.

The problem you'll have Shaz, is that the beer is already carbonated, yes? Won't really bottle well. Or keep well. Unless you have a dual preevacuation ,CO2 injection. Which you might have. You own a bank after all.
