Yeah josh. I was thinking the same, not much moisture! Had to give our hedge some water yesterday!

Not complaining though. Still need downpipes. Considering getting a plumber to do it, at least then it will get done!

Some people.. I drove from Perth (once) for a brew at early o'clock

and then piked cos of work for the next one.. im a bad man

@shaz - if your beer has been fermenting it will be carbonated. Expect around 2-2.5g CO2 / litre. Unless you're adding more fermentables(sugar) to your bottles you'll end up with under carbonated beer in your bottles. If you carb up your keg with the bulbs, you'll struggle to bottle it, and you'll have issues with exposing the beer to oxygen which reoxidises the alcohol and gives your beer a cardboard sort of flavour.

AKA, makes it taste like carona/crown/carlton cold etc

also, I while I knew oxygen is bad and the taste it gives, I didn't realise it was changing the alcohol.. cool!
