What's a VF44 twin scroll good for? (hp wise)

shame its so hard to get the jap spec libs in Australia
would be happy with the one in the garage too.
i know the jap spec ones have little features which the aussie ones dont, like some electronics and bodykits but is the engine any different?
do theres have more power as stock?
