Wow they lift pretty badly under acceleration... Looked like a decent win. The red one was the '09, right? Black one was '08?

No surprises about the MY09 being quicker. MY08 169kw vs MY09 195kw MY08 320nm vs MY09 343nm MY08 205/50 rubber vs MY09 225/45 rubber I'd say that the WRX is on it's way back from the dead.

It is a good time, especially in stock form.

I've worked around cars for years and worked at carsales.com.au up until 8 months ago. It's kind ingrained into my being to research all sorts of different cars. Been doing it since I was a kid!

It's nothing you can't obtain by a bit of digging through redbook and the like.

For a start, the MY09 RRP is cheaper than the MY00 RRP! Go figure? MY00 was around 42k and MY09 is just under 40k!
