So i finally removed my Mcintosh Amp
There is power coming from the harness's so that's all good so im asumeing its just a dead amp.
My question is now should is use the existing factory amp harness's and install My JL amp? or is it best to wire it up with a new power cable and Fuse?
And same question with the signal calbe?

just wana know if anyone has had problems using the factory harness with a after market amp. If not It would be way much eazer to use the factory harness's.

Then from the harness under the seat get another Aerpro AP2001 for Subaru and and run the speaker cables into the amp.

and just run you're rca's down the right hand side of the driver seat away from you're power cable.

Bit confused here? So i am to run a new power line with fuse? or just use the factory harness? I do wana run decant RCA's though but realy not keen on running a new power cable.


Not sure how im going to wire up the head units, im sorta gonna run a Pionner SPH-DA100 and a DEX-P99RS.
Im not sure exactly how to get these working together but have seen the two working with each other. Not sure if its just the DA100 pluged into the AUX of the 99RS. Its defiantly a setup im keen on.

Still run a good power line/fuse and ground, the other harness I mentioned is just to carry the speaker cable, and yes run decent rca's

I thought of doing the dual system like you with the screen and PRS unit but thought It was going to be a headfuck, thinking of running a DSP or just get a new unit.

Yeh i was looking at the PRS as well.
Im trying to look up to see if the DA100 will plug directly into the 99RS thought its IP Buss input.

Yeh i was afrade of that lol But it will still be awsem to even just run the preouts of the Da100 into the IP bus AUX input.
