Plus we were making the dog do skids on the floorboards!

This is so much fun to watch, You can also make them drift!

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

It's funny with cats as well.

If you tie something, such as a small kitchen towel, around a cats belly, they lose all sense of balance and walk around as if they're drunk. It's so Posted Image'ing funny! My mate used to do it to his girlfriend's cat. It was one of those furry looking ones with a flattish face. HA HA HA!

I'm hungry and haven't eaten yet.

So after you finish you're painting, you'll be doing the floorboards?

Honestly I usually oven bake them, just slice them nice and thin if you don't have a mandolin, cover with a drizzle of oil, I don't mind throwing some rosemary at them, then season them up to your liking, and once they start to brown up a bit I throw a sprinkle of parmesan over the top - if I'm feeling particularly ready to die young, I grate some cheddar over the top.

If I can be bothered making a mess this is pretty close (the raw recipe) to what I do.

So damn tasty, and you can add bacon, cream and mushrooms and you've got an awesome bed for a steak/chicken dish.

Yeah, Ive got the oven baked thing pretty sorted now actually!

I use a crinkle cutter though, then nuke em for 3 mins in some water, then drain and cool in the strainer/colander while I do the rest of my prep, of until I know the rest will be ready in 20 mins, and then toss em in oil, and then crack some salt over the top of them on the tray and bake em at about 180-200

I reckon all they'd need is some sea salt and rosemary after being cooked in some nice extra virgin olive oil.

Slice potatoes into 1/8 slices.
Coat in oil, sea salt and pepper.
Oven @ 200 degrees.
Turn and resalt/pepper when browning up.
When crispy, win at wedges.

Best ever.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

My chips recipe:

stick oven chips in oven

prepare nick's trademark seasoning mix:
equal quantities of:
salt
pepper
white pepper
chermoula
mixed herbs
chicken salt if you're into that
and half a quantity of peri peri seasoning, more if you like it spicy

enjoy

Well, one job will do me...I'm over it :)
@Nik...this 'Veal'...how young? I remember reading old books about veal...the calves were birthed onto a sling(so they didn't have to support their own weight), in the dark then milk fed for a few days before being bled out to die. Yummo.
Way back in the day, I believe veal was unborn foetus...even yummier :P
@Adam pics/vids of Roison oing skids please...kthnxby
@Shaz...Footage from last night is fail...got their late, everyone was leaving for the actual 'cruise' so I rushed, got nothing set-up properly, and failed at life generally...
@Garry...stick tape on Cat's feet is win too :)
